Болезни органов дыхания у детей: виды, причины развития, особенности детского респираторного тракта
Острые заболевания дыхательной системы в детском возрасте встречаются намного чаще, чем у взрослых пациентов. Это обусловлено формированием иммунной защиты и строением респираторного тракта. Они обеспечивают дыхательную функцию, отвечают за частоту, глубину и качество дыхания. У ребят респираторная система еще незрелая, она продолжает формироваться до периода активного полового созревания (14–16 лет), что обуславливает некоторые особенности:
- узость дыхательных путей.
- более плотная легочная ткань;
- небольшая глубина дыхания;
- недоразвитые, слабые дыхательные мышцы;
- учащенный вдох-выдох.
Эти особенности объясняют, почему малыши чаще страдают от заболеваний органов дыхания, чем старшие ребята, и почему к детям нельзя применять методики, рассчитанные на взрослых пациентов.
Причины развития заболевания дыхательной системы
Основной фактор – многочисленные вирусы и бактерии, которые проникают в воздухоносные пути разными способами. Чаще всего инфекция передается воздушно-капельным путем, иногда патогены попадают на слизистые оболочки с продуктов питания, бытовых предметов, мебели, одежды, кожи зараженного человека.
Факторами, которые способствуют развитию патологий респираторного тракта у детей, являются:
- низкая физическая активность;
- постоянное нахождение в душных, плохо проветриваемых помещениях;
- частый контакт с посторонними людьми, недавно переболевшими сверстниками;
- систематическое переохлаждение организма;
- нарушения терморегуляции;
- нерациональное питание, при котором развивается дефицит минералов и витаминов;
- лишний вес;
- перенесенные травмы и операции на грудной клетке;
- наследственная предрасположенность.
Причинами развития болезней дыхательной системы могут быть не только бактерии и вирусы, но и грибки, простейшие, аллергены. Поэтому так важно обращаться за профессиональной медицинской помощью и ни в коем случае не заниматься самолечением.
Какие заболевания дыхательной системы встречаются в детском возрасте
Чаще всего в детском возрасте диагностируются бронхит, пневмония, ложный круп, бронхиальная астма, хронический тонзиллит, ларингит, фарингит, ринит.
Бронхит
Представляет собой воспалительное заболевание бронхов. В подавляющем большинстве случаев в детском возрасте имеет вирусную природу. Сопровождается частым сухим кашлем, не приносящим облегчения, который по мере выздоровления становится влажным. Может наблюдаться высокая температура, физическое недомогание, головная боль.
Пневмония
Пневмония (воспаление легких) чаще всего является осложнением ОРВИ, протекает тяжело, может привести к угнетению дыхательной функции. Помимо частого, надрывного кашля с обильной мокротой сопровождается высокой температурой тела, сильной слабостью, болью в груди. Смех, зевание, глубокий вдох приводит к приступу кашля. В редких случаях пневмония протекает со смазанной клинической картиной или бессимптомно. Обычно возбудителями такой формы патологии становятся специфические микроорганизмы (хламидии, микоплазмы).
Ложный круп (стенозирующий ларинготрахеит)
Коварное и крайне опасное состояние, которое может привести к удушью. Воспалительный процесс локализуется в гортани, что приводит к отеку слизистых. Характеризуется специфическим «лающим» или «каркающим» кашлем, охриплостью голоса, повышенной температурой. Из-за сужения гортани при и без того узких дыхательных путях ребенок не может полноценно откашляться. Если отек слизистых нарастает, развивается стеноз, который может привести к остановке дыхания.
Бронхиальная астма
Заболевание преимущественно аллергической природы, которое сопровождается периодическими приступами удушья, свистящего кашля. Они возникают из-за отека слизистой оболочки дыхательных путей и спазма бронхов. Патология нередко передается по наследству. Требует постоянной терапии и регулярного наблюдения у пульмонолога, аллерголога-иммунолога, педиатра.

The recommendations proposed broadening the definition of who qualifies as a farmer or rancher in the census to account for different types of farming, including subsistence farming and agricultural practices in Native American communities. The commission said the Native farming community believes Census of Agriculture data does not fully reflect the number of Native farmers and could mislead the agency into thinking the community is smaller than it actually is, thus causing them to become ineligible for certain programs.
